WEATHER IN TALLINN

August, one of the peak months in summer in the Estonian capital, is the second warmest month of the year, after July. You will be able to enjoy an afternoon temperature of around 22°C, while the nighttime temperature ranges about 12°C. 

The sea temperature is averaging 19°C, which is as warm as the Baltic Sea ever gets in this area. If you want to go and take a dip in the sea, August is one of the best times of year to do so.

August is without question one of the best months to visit Tallinn.

Pharmacies are usually open from 10:00-19:00 in major shopping centres. The pharmacy on the Town Hall Square in the Town Hall building is open 24/7.

Estonia has become famous for its abundance of free, public Wi-Fi, which is available in nearly every café, restaurant, hotel and hostel, as well in open spaces such as city squares and parks.

National currency: Euro (1 euro = 100 cents)
Most banks are open from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
Major credit cards are widely accepted throughout the country. ATMs are easily found everywhere.
